1. Returns and Exchanges

Product exchanges for sizing issues are available within 30 days of purchase however the customer will be liable for shipping fees. Product faults and incorrect products can be returned/exchanged with shipping covered by NVOKE.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must not be damaged, ruined and have tags attached in the same condition as when you received them.
- Items that do not have original tags attached, are damaged or excessively worn are NOT eligible for return.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

b. Please provide your order number, name and date of purchase,
c. Detail your reason for return, exchange or refund.
d. Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item(s).
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are NOT liable for the cost of return shipping, unless the customer wishes to exchange a size.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
- If a return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
