Return Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

At NVOKE, part of our returns and exchanges policy is our "pump cover guarantee":

NVOKE's Ultimate Pump Cover promises to be your new first choice for comfort and fit when training. Within the first 7 days of the product arriving to your doorstep if you don't wear it, try it and LOVE it like we said you would you can return it AND we will buy you a replacement from your preferred brand as reimbursement for wasting your time.

Product exchanges for sizing issues are available within 30 days of purchase however the customer will be liable for shipping fees. Product faults and incorrect products can be returned/exchanged with shipping covered by NVOKE.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • to claim the pump cover guarantee, You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • for exchanges, you may request with in the first 30 days.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must not be damaged, ruined and have tags attached in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Items that do not have original tags attached, are damaged or excessively worn are NOT eligible for return.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

a. Email our support team at info@nvokeapparel.com.au
b. Please provide your order number, name and date of purchase, 
c. Detail your reason for return, exchange or refund.
d. Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item(s).

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
  • If a return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

5. Pump Cover Guarantee replacements

  • As part of the guarantee, those viable to receive replacement pump covers will be issued gift cards up to the price of the shirt OR up to the value of $80, which ever is lowest.
  • customers are to provide the store and replacement product the deem is comfier, fits better or that they claim functions better than NVOKE.
  • The guarantee may only be redeemed once per person. In instances where the guarantee has previously been claimed, that customer will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

6. Exchanges

  • If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
  • If the requested exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at info@nvokeapparel.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a refund.

8. Changes to this Return Policy

NVOKE reserves the right to make changes to this return policy at any time. Any updates or modifications will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be revised accordingly.
